High Protein Cheela With These Simple Steps

Ingredients

½ cup raw sprouts ½ cup chopped spinach ¼ cup paneer 2 cups besan 3 tbsp onion 3 tbsp grated carrot 2 tbsp grated beetroot Handful of coriander leaves 1 green chili 1.4 tsp ajwain ½ tsp coriander powder ½ tsp cumin powder ½ tsp turmeric powder Salt to taste Water as required  

Step 1

First take sprouts and grind them finely in a mixer grinder.

Step 2

Take a bowl and add the dry ingredients along with the ground sprouts.

Step 3

Add some water and form a consistency. The batter should not be too thick.

Step 4

Spread an even layer of batter on tawa. Put oil, flip the cheela and cook.

Step 5

Serve with chutney of your choice and enjoy!
