90 gm paneer 1 beetroot 1 tbsp red chilli powder Water as required 1/2 cup atta Ghee, for cooking Salt to taste

Take a blender, and add chopped beetroot, paneer, red chili powder, salt, and water. Make a smooth paste.

Then, start kneading the flour and add in the blended paneer paste. Knead well.

Let the dough set for 5 to 10 minutes. Roll the dough and cook the chapati on tawa.

Add ghee to the chapati and serve with a sabji, curd or pickle. Enjoy!
