Looking for a flavourful dip that doesn't use tomatoes? Try this No Tomato Salsa recipe. It's refreshing and flavourful. This recipe is perfect for any occasion or party because it is full of fresh ingredients and has tangy flavours.
1 cup diced cucumber 1 cup diced bell peppers ½ cup diced red onion 1 jalapeño, finely chopped 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro Juice of 1 lime Salt to taste Optional: diced mango or pineapple for sweetness
In a bowl, combine diced cucumber, bell peppers, red onion, jalapeño, and cilantro. Squeeze fresh lime juice over the mixture and toss to combine.
Season with salt to taste and adjust lime juice if needed. For added sweetness, mix in diced mango or pineapple if desired.
