Here’s How To Make Banana Chips

Most of us define banana chips as being crunchy, flavorful, and delightful. This recipe for banana chips is incredible. 

Ingredients  

Banana - 3, Salt - 1 tsp, Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp, Coconut oil for deep frying, Slicer or mandolin slicer 

Step 1 

In a kadhai, heat some oil. 

Step 2 

Take a banana, pat it dry, and then use a slicer to cut the banana off. 

Step 3 

Separate the pieces right away after slicing and drop them into the oil. 

Step 4 

Add 3/4 to 1 teaspoon of salty water with turmeric after a short while. To ensure that the plantain slices cook evenly, stir with a ladle. 

Step 5 

The oil will become clear and the sizzling sound will stop when cooking is done. 

Step 6

Using a slotted ladle, remove the chips and transfer them to a strainer or paper towel to drain any extra oil. Its ready to be served.
