Make This Easy Ladi Pav Recipe  At Home

Don't know what to do with leftover rice? Make some delicious fried rice in a flash!

Step 1

Ingredients 2-3 cups of leftover rice 3 tbsp oil 2 tbsp garlic 1 big onion finely chopped 1 tomato finely chopped chopped 1.5 tbsp soya sauce 1 tbsp vinegar 1.5 tbsp sugar 4-5 red chillies crushed Choice of veggies (2tbsp) - cabbage, carrots, capsicum finely chopped 4-5 crushed peppercorns !

Step 2

Take a pan and heat the oil. Put the onion and garlic and let it fry till light golden brown. Add the tomatoes and salt and let it cook till the tomatoes soften in 2-3 minutes.

Step 3

Throw in your choice of veggies, soya sauce, vinegar, sugar and crushed red chillies in that order and let it cook for about 2-3 minutes..

Step 4

Add the Schezwan Chutney and stir it for a minute. Mix in the leftover rice and stir it properly for about 4-5 minutes. 

Step 5

Add the crushed peppercorns, a pinch of salt and stir again for 2 minutes. Serve hot!
