Heavenly Rabri And Falooda At Home!

A very well-liked dessert from North India called Rabdi Falooda (or Rabri Falooda) can elevate the flavour to heavenly proportions.

INGREDIENTS

3 Cups Full Fat Milk 2 Tbsp Sugar 1 Tsp Cardamom Powder 1 Cup Falooda Sev / Noodles 4 Tbsp Rose Syrup 1 Tbsp Tukmaria Seeds 4 Scoops Kulfi Ice cream

METHOD

Take tukmaria seeds and soak them in water. Soak falooda sev too in 2.5 cup of lukewarm water for at least 30mins.

METHOD

Now take a pan heat milk & reduce it to half now Add Tukmaria seeds, cardamon powder, 1 tablespoon rose syrup & sugar and stir.

METHOD

Once done set aside and refrigerate for few hours. Now Take a bowl make a base layer of Rabri with adding 2 tablespoons of rabri.

Now Add 1/4th cup of falooda sev to it to make middle layer. Now add 1 scoop of kulfi ice cream to make top layer.

METHOD

Now Garnish this delicious dessert with with 1/2 tablespoon of rose syrup and dried rose petals. Enjoy!
