As required For Dhokla :- 1 cup mix dal 1/2 cup Curd 1 nos tsp.garam masala 1 nos tbsp.oil 1 nos tbsp.Ginger Chilli Paste 1 nos tbsp.oil 1 nos Eno pouch As required For Tadka:- 1 nos tbsp.oil 1/4 nos tsp.Mustard Seeds
As required For filling:- 2 nos tbsp.Boiled Corn 3 nos tbsp.Bell Peppers 1 nos tbsp.Grated Carrot 1 nos tbsp.Tomato 1 nos tsp.oregano 1 nos tsp.Peprika 1 nos tsp.Black Pepper 1 nos tbsp.Ketchup 1 nos tbsp.Cheese Spread 1 nos tbsp.Mayonese 1 nos tsp.Crushed Garlic 1 nos tbsp.Spring Onion As required Butter 1/2 nos tsp.Chaat masala 1/4 cup mint chutney 1 nos tbsp.Ketchup As required Coriander 1/4 nos tsp.Sessme Seeds
Wash and soak dal for 5-6 hrs.Grind in thick consistency with curd and leave it.
Heat oil in a pan.Saute all chopped garlic chopped spring onion white part and all chopped vegetables on fast flame.Add chili, oregano black pepper, ketchup, chaat masala.
For Dhokla take a batter and beat with fingers. Add garam masala ,salt, ginger, chili paste and turmeric powder.
