Enjoy a delicious and nutritious veggie wrap packed with fresh vegetables and flavours, perfect for a quick meal or snack.
1 large tortilla wrap 1/2 cup hummus 1/2 cup shredded lettuce 1/2 cup thinly sliced cucumbers 1/2 cup shredded carrots 1/2 cup sliced bell peppers Salt and pepper to taste
Lay out the tortilla wrap and spread the hummus evenly over the surface.
Layer shredded lettuce, sliced cucumbers, shredded carrots, and sliced bell peppers over the hummus.
Season with salt and pepper to taste. Fold the sides of the tortilla over the vegetables, then roll tightly from one end to the other, enclosing the filling.
Slice the rolled wrap diagonally into two halves or smaller bite-sized pieces.
Serve immediately, and enjoy your delicious veggie wrap!
