Healthy Vegetable Atta Cheela For Breakfast

Most popular and quick dish is Cheela. This healthy and tasty dish has variety of recipes. Here wheat flour, Indian spices and some veggies are used to create this delicacy.

Ingredients

1 Cup Atta Salt 1/2 Haldi 1/4 cups Dahi 1/2 tsp Ajwain Water, as required 1 Ginger, grated 2-3 Green Chillies, chopped 1 tbsp Capsicum, chopped 2 tbsp Carrot , grated 1 tbsp Beans , chopped 2 tbsp Onion chopped coriander leaves

Step 1

Take a big bowl add atta, dahi, ajwain, salt and haldi. Combine the ingredients well.

Step 2

Now to make a smooth batter add some curd and mix it well. To avoid lumps and make it smooth add water.

Step 3

Now Take desired veggies wash them and dice them up accordingly. Add them to the mixture and mix.

Step 4

Now take a non stick pan add some oil or butter. Heat it and pour the batter and spread it in a circle.

Step 5

Cool on both side until golden brown, flip and cook both sides. Add more oil to sides if needed.

Step 6

In a plate serve it with desired sides and can top it with cheese or extra veggies.
