Making breakfast that is nutritious is a task every morning. You wish you could blend all the ingredients and gulp them down your throat. Well, that’s a smoothie, but have you tried a creamy and delicious smoothie bowl? Make a strawberry smoothie bowl to begin your mornings.
1 cup frozen strawberries 1 frozen banana Toppings of your choice 1-2 tbsp honey ¼ cup milk Crushed dry fruits
Take out bananas and strawberries from the refrigerator and add them to a blender.
Add milk to the mix to adjust the consistency. You can add honey to make the blend sweet.
Pour the content of the mixer into a deep bowl. The concoction should be thick, not runny.
Cut your favourite fruits, bananas, strawberries, kiwi, berries, etc.
Add the sliced fruits on top of the smoothie and refrigerate for 10 minutes.
Add crushed dry fruits on the top before digging into the bowl.
