Spring dosa is the fusion of two dishes, as it is filled with various vegetables just as spring rolls are prepared. It is a healthy dish that is high in fibre. You can enjoy it for breakfast to keep yourself full for the rest of your day. Here's an easy recipe for you to try:
1 cup of raw rice 1/4 cup urad dal Mixed vegetables (bell peppers, carrots, cabbage, onions, and spinach) Salt and pepper to taste Oil or ghee for cooking Optional: grated cheese, paneer, or tofu for filling
Soak raw rice and urad dal for 4-6 hours. Grind to a smooth batter, add salt, and ferment overnight.
Heat a skillet, pour dosa batter, and spread thinly. Add chopped mixed vegetables, salt, and pepper.
Optionally, add cheese or paneer. Fold the dosa, cook until crisp, and the filling is warm.
Serve hot with chutney or sambar.
