Oatmeal Snack Bars are perfect for a quick and healthy treat. Packed with wholesome ingredients, they are easy to make and delightful to savour. Follow these simple steps for a nutritious and satisfying snack!
1 cup rolled oats ½ cup nut butter ¼ cup honey ¼ cup chopped nuts ¼ cup dried fruits ¼ cup chocolate chips ½ tsp vanilla extract ¼ tsp cinnamon Pinch of salt
In a mixing bowl, combine oats, nut butter, honey, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and salt. Stir until well combined.
Fold in chopped nuts, dried fruits, and chocolate chips into the mixture.
Transfer the mixture into the prepared baking dish and press it down evenly and bake at 175°C for 15-20 minutes.
Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before cutting into bars. Store in an airtight box.
