Shirataki noodles, also known as Zero-Calorie Miracle Noodles, are loaded with fibre while being low in calories. These noodles are popular in Japan, China, and Southeast Asia and have a translucent appearance.
1 package of shirataki noodles 1 bell pepper 1 carrot 1 cup of broccoli florets 2 cloves of garlic 1 tablespoon soya sauce 1 tablespoon teriyaki sauce 1 tablespoon sesame oil 1 teaspoon grated ginger 1 teaspoon sesame seeds Salt and pepper to taste Fresh cilantro for garnish
Rinse and boil the noodles for 2-3 minutes, then drain and pat dry.
In a big pan, heat the sesame oil. Sauté garlic and ginger for 1 minute. Stir in the bell pepper, carrot, and broccoli, cooking for 5 minutes.
Add the noodles to the pan and cook for an additional 3–5 minutes.
Combine the soy sauce, teriyaki sauce, salt, and pepper. Stir thoroughly. Season with sesame seeds and fresh cilantro.
