Give your parathas a healthy ragi twist for a high-fibre flatbread. This incredible recipe is the ideal meal for Indian homes. It is made with minimal ingredients and is loaded with a lot of flavour.
1 cup ragi flour 1/2 cup whole wheat flour 1 small onion 1 green, chilly 2 tablespoons of coriander leaves 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds Salt to taste Water Oil or ghee for cooking
Combine ragi flour, wheat flour, onion, chilli, coriander, cumin, and salt.
Add water gradually and knead into a smooth dough. Let it rest for 15–20 minutes.
Divide the dough into balls and roll into flatbreads. Cook on a hot tawa with oil or ghee until golden brown on both sides.
Enjoy it hot with yoghurt or pickles.
