Healthy Quinoa Curd Pulav Recipe By Neeru Goyal For Lunch

Ingredients

400 gram Curd 1 cup boiled quinoa (adding some salt) 1 nos Boiled and chopped potato 1 cup chopped spinach 1 nos grated carrot 1 nos Grated Cucumber As required A handful of pomegranate seeds 1 tsp Ghee 1/4 tsp Cumin seeds To taste salt 1/4 tsp Red pepper powder 1/2 tsp Chaat masala 1/2 tsp Raita masala 1/4Tsp garam masala

Step 1

Heat ghee in a pan. Add cumin seeds.

Add chopped potato and spinach leaves one by one.
