Healthy Oats Flaxseed Veggie Dosa By Tanuja Keshkar

Ingredients

Oats - 1 cup Rava/Semolina - 1/4 Cup flaxseed powder roast-1/4 cup Rice flour - 1/4 Cup Curd -1/2 cup  Chopped broccoli -1/4 cup  Spring onions 1/4 cup  Chopped orange ,yellow ,green, red capsicum -1/ 2cup  Grated beetroot 1/4 cup  Grated carrots 1/4 cup 

Ingredients

Coriander leaves, 1/4 cup  Chopped tomatoes 1/4 cup  green chilies - 1 chopped  Boiled potato, green peas , sweet corn-1/2 cup    Lemon juice - 1 Tablespoon Baking soda - a pinch Ghee- 2 Tablespoon Salt - to taste 

Step 1

Firstly soaked samolina , rice flour, roasted flaxseed powder in curd.

Step 2

Add  oat, all the ingredients including salt and spices except veggies in a bowl. Set aside for 5 minutes.make thick dosa like batter. 

Step 3

Mix all finely chopped vegetables and boiled potato and salt keep it side.
