Enjoy freshly baked, warm dinner rolls with a dollop of butter to eat with a comforting bowl of soup or mop up leftover pasta sauce.

3 + ¼ cups whole wheat flour 1 cup rolled oats 2 teaspoons baking soda 1 + ¼ cups flat beer 350 ml runny yoghurt ¼ cup vegetable oil 3 tablespoons honey Salt, to taste

Preheat your oven to 220°C while you combine the dry ingredients in a mixing bowl.

Combine the wet ingredients in a separate bowl and whisk to combine.

Add the wet mixture to the dry ingredients and use a wooden spoon to mix well.

Once it turns clumpy, use your hands to divide the dough into equal portions and make into small mounds.

Place on a lined baking tray and bake for 15 minutes, until browned.
