Healthy Oats Chilla Recipe For Breakfast And Brunch

Looking for healthy breakfast options? Oats chilla is probably the most nutritious and easy-to-make dish when your days look packed and hectic. Here is an easy recipe you can try.

Ingredients

½ cup carrots 1 cup oats ½ tsp cumin seeds 2 tbsp onion ¼ cup besan 1-2 green chillies 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp coriander leaves ⅛ turmeric powder ½ tsp ginger ½ tsp salt 1.5 cups water

Step 1

Turn oats into coarse powder so that the chillas do not break,

Step 2

Add besan, carrots, onions, spices, salt, and other ingredients to the mix.

Step 3

Add water to create a lump-free and slightly runny mixture. 

Step 4

Heat a pan and drizzle oil on it. Add a ladle of this mixture and spread it slowly.

Step 5

Cook the chilla on both sides. You can also add the vegetables to garnish the dish.

Step 6

Serve chilla hot with chutney or ketchup.
