Millets are the high-fibre grain, prized for their nutritional value and satisfying taste. If you are looking for healthy and gluten-free breakfast options, here’s an easy recipe to make millet porridge.
1 cup millet 3 cups water 1 cup milk 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 tablespoon butter Chopped fruits Chopped nuts
Rinse the millet and boil it with water and salt.
Once boiled, stir in some butter and let it simmer for 20-25 minutes.
Add in milk and simmer till you get the desired consistency.
Transfer the porridge into a bowl and top with chopped fruits and nuts.
