Millet dosa is a nutritious, crispy dosa made with Jowar, Finger Millet, and Pearl Millet. It's a healthy breakfast option, ideal for weight loss, and can be enjoyed with chutney or sambar.
1 cup Jowar (Sorghum) 1 cup Whole Ragi (Finger Millet) 1 cup Kambu (Pearl Millet) 1 cup Whole Urad Dal ¾ tsp Fenugreek Seeds Salt to taste Water as needed
Rinse Jowar, Ragi, Kambu, and Urad Dal thoroughly in a bowl.
Soak the ingredients in water for 10 hours. Drain the soaked mixture and rinse again with water.
Blend the mixture until smooth, adding water as needed.
Pour the batter into a bowl and ferment for 8 hours. After fermentation, add salt and mix well.
Heat a tawa, spread the batter, drizzle oil, and cook until golden. Flip and cook the other side.
