Peanut butter is the go-to choice for everyone who wants to lead a healthier lifestyle. It is an essential component of both weight gain and weight loss diets, and preparing this butter at home will allow you better ingredient control and quality.
2 cups roasted peanuts (unsalted) 1-2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional) 1/2 teaspoon salt (optional)
Roasted peanuts should be put in a food processor. Blend until smooth, stopping occasionally to scrape down the sides.
Add the salt and honey (or maple syrup). Blend until completely combined once again.
After transferring, put it in a jar and keep it chilled. It can last for three weeks at most.
