Healthy Diet: Try Protein-Rich Kala Chana Thepla

Indulge in the goodness of protein-rich Kala Chana Thepla, a delicious and nutritious flatbread perfect for a wholesome meal. 

Ingredients

¼ cup Boiled Kala Chana mashed ½ cup of chopped spinach ½ cup of Whole Wheat Flour ½ tsp of grated Ginger ½ tsp of grated Garlic 1-2 Spicy Green Chili Paste ½ tsp of White Sesame Seeds ¼ tsp of Asafoetida ¼ to ½ tsp of Turmeric Powder ¼ tsp of Coriander Powder 1 tbsp of Oil 2 tbsp of Chopped Cilantro Kala chana water only if needed to knead pliable dough!

Step 1   

In a mixing bowl, add all the ingredients and mix well.  

Step 2 

Knead a pliable dough! Make uniform balls and roll it!  

Step 3 

Roll round or triangle.  

Step 4 

Heat a griddle and cook on both sides until golden brown!
