Are you bored of eating cucumber as salad. Try out this cucumber toast recipe. This dish is highly nutritious and hydrating and poses as the best option for your morning breakfast. Besides, this dish aids you in losing weight. Cucumber is low in calories, and also contains good amount of water and soluble fibres. Take a look at the recipe of cucumber toast:
1 cup hung curd 1 cucumber 4-6 mint leaves 2 tbsp coriader leaves Salt to taste 1 tsp black pepper ½ tsp chaat masala 4-6 bread slices 1 tsp cumin powder
Wash and chop coriander leaves and mint leaves. Also wash and cut the cucumber into thin slices.
Add hung curd in a mixing bowl and whisk it a bit
To this add mint leaves, coriander leaves, salt, pepper, cumin powder and chaat masala. Combine everything well.
Toast the bread slices on hot tawa
Spread the mixture into the bread slices and add the cucumber slices on top
Homemade cucumber toast is ready. Enjoy it.
