This chocolate cottage cheese pudding is a great way to indulge in your cravings without sacrificing fitness goals. It is made using staple pantry ingredients and comes together fairly quickly.
1 cup cottage cheese 2 tbsp cocoa powder 2 tbsp honey/maple syrup 1 tsp vanilla extract 1/4 cup milk Pinch of salt Optional toppings: berries, nuts, dark chocolate shavings
Blend cottage cheese until smooth.
Add cocoa powder, honey, vanilla, milk, and salt. Blend until creamy.
Adjust sweetness and consistency. Chill for 1 hour.
Serve with optional toppings.
