This Super simple healthy Strawberry Lemonade is made with only 5 ingredients. This drink is rich in chia seeds and flavours. Try this drink and serve chilled.
6 cups water 3 tablespoons chia seeds 2 cups strawberries 1 1/2 cups freshly squeezed lemon juice 1/3 cup maple syrup or honey
Take desired amount of strawberries wash them and clean them thoroughly
Now take a bowl and add water in it soak chia seeds and rest the mixture .
Now in a blender add the strawberries and water blend until smooth. Add in the lemon juice and the maple mix well.
Now add the chia seed water and combine the mixture well. Sweeten accordingly.
Now take a glass and Transfer the lemonade in a glass and decorate it with chia seeds and strawberries.
