Healthy Breakfast: Make Spinach Omelette In 10 Mins

Ingredients 1 cup spinach leaves 2 eggs 2 garlic cloves 1 tsp milk Salt to taste 1 tsp olive oil 

Step 1

Finely chop spinach leaves and don't let them dry out. Also, slice garlic cloves.

Step 2

Agg eggs to a bowl. Also, add milk and little salt. Whisk.

Step 3

Heat a cast iron skillet and add chopped spinach, garlic and salt. When the leaves wilt, take them off.

Step 4

Add olive oil and evenly spread the whisked eggs. Cook from both sides and serve.
