Lusciously thick and flavourful Smoothie, Is a go to option when you are feeling hungry! Will satisfy hunger, and a healthy option.
2cup dates 2cups coconut water 1cup cashews 1cup fresh or frozen blueberries ⅓ cup plain yogurt 1 Tbsp. fresh lime juice Large pinch of salt
Take dates and blueberries wash them in a container and keep them aside removing date seeds.
Now take a coconut and separate water from it. In a blender add dates &coconut water. Blend it.
Now Add cashews, yogurt, lime juice, salt, and mix the ingredients well.
Take desired amount of ice in and blend the mixture until cool and smooth.
Serve it chilled in a glass glass, top it off with cashews and enjoy!
