Made with very basic ingredients lying in your kitchen, vegetable cheela is a very healthy option to go for if you are trying to watch your calorie intake. Click to see 4 easy steps to make vegetable cheela.
2 cups besan .5 cup sooji 1 tsp turmeric powder 1 grated carrot 1 finely chopped onion 1 finely chopped capsicum 5 chopped green chillies Salt to taste Olive oil 1 tbsp roasted cumin powder
In a mixing bowl, add the besan and sooji and mix well.
Add the veggies, salt and powdered spices and mix again. Make a flowy batter by adding water.
Heat a pan and brush with olive oil. Pour a layer of the batter and spread in circular motion.
Cook till the cheela is golden and crispy from both sides. Serve with chutney or ketchup.
