Healthy Bites - Make This Sprouted Moong Palak Paratha

If you want to have yummy parathas in the winters but are vary of it being too heavy or unhealthy, here is the recipe for healthy sprouted moong palak paratha for you.

Step 1

In a chopper, finely chop the sprouts and add either wheat or gram flour to it.

Step 2

Next chop your spinach and add it to sprouts. Also add chopped onions and carrots if you want.

Step 3

Add salt, hing and ajawain. Put some water and make a dough. It should be thick consistency.

Step 4

Heat ghee on the tawa and drop the batter on it like pancakes. Cook till crispy on both sides.
