In a chopper, finely chop the sprouts and add either wheat or gram flour to it.
Next chop your spinach and add it to sprouts. Also add chopped onions and carrots if you want.
Add salt, hing and ajawain. Put some water and make a dough. It should be thick consistency.
Heat ghee on the tawa and drop the batter on it like pancakes. Cook till crispy on both sides.
