Craving a doughnut but want to eat guilt-free? Make these delicious banana churros to enjoy, dipped in a dark chocolate sauce.
2 bananas, sliced 2 tablespoons sugar 2 teaspoons cinnamon powder 1 tablespoon coconut oil
Heat the coconut oil in a pan and lay down the banana slices close to each other.
Mix together the cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle over the banana slices.
Flip them over once browned and repeat the sprinkling to coat the slices completely.
Once they caramelise and crisp up, remove on to a plate and serve warm with chocolate sauce.
