Healthy Badam Milk Recipe To Boost Your Immunity This Monsoon

The monsoon season is just around the corner, and now is the time to strengthen your immune system. This delicious beverage helps in doing just that and comes together fairly quickly. Here's a recipe for you to try:

Ingredients

1 cup almonds 3 cups milk 2-3 tbsp honey or jaggery 1/2 tsp turmeric powder 1/2 tsp cinnamon powder 1/4 tsp black pepper powder 4-5 saffron strands (optional) 1 tsp cardamom powder 1/2 tsp ginger powder (optional) Chopped nuts for garnish (optional)

Step 1

Soak 1 cup almonds overnight. Peel skins. Blend almonds with a little milk to form a paste.

Step 2

Boil milk and Add almond paste. Mix in turmeric, cinnamon, black pepper, saffron, cardamom, and ginger powder.

Step 3

Stir in 2-3 tbsp honey or jaggery. Simmer for 5-10 minutes.

Step 4

Garnish with chopped nuts. Serve warm.
