In India, drinking tea is a part of daily routine and is often paired with cookies or biscuits. Here is an easy recipe to make healthy and delicious atta biscuits at home.

250 g atta 125 g jaggery, powdered 150 g butter (chilled) 1 tsp cardamom powder

Mix atta, jaggery and cardamom in a bowl. With your fingertips, rub in diced butter into the flour.

Then knead it into soft dough. Wrap the dough in a paper and chill for 30 minutes. Roll on a floured surface till 1/8" thick.

Cut and arrange on a baking tray. Chill for 10 minutes. Bake in a pre-heated oven at 170 degree C for 10 minutes. Let it cool and enjoy.
