Ingredients

1 medium-sized apple 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt 1/2 cup milk 1 ripe banana 1 tablespoon chia seeds or flax seeds) 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract Ice cubes (optional) Honey or maple syrup

Step 1

Blend together 1 chopped apple, 1/2 cup Greek yoghurt, 1/2 cup milk, 1 ripe banana, and 1 tablespoon of chia seeds or flax seeds.

Step 2

Add  1/2 teaspoon of ground cinnamon and a touch of vanilla extract. Add ice cubes before blending and adjust the sweetness with honey.

Blend until the mixture is velvety and creamy, pour into glasses, and savour the healthy smoothie.
