Healthy and Vegan Crispy Aloo Patties

Savor the deliciousness of Crispy Vegan Aloo Patties, a delightful treat that's perfect for plant-based snacking.

Ingredients

3 large boiled potatoes 1/2 cup frozen peas 1/4 cup chopped onion 2 cloves of garlic 1 tsp grated ginger 1 tsp ground cumin 1/2 tsp coriander Salt to taste Oil for frying

Step 1

In a bowl, combine mashed potatoes, thawed peas, onion, garlic, ginger, ground cumin and coriander, and salt. Mix well.

Step 2

Now Shape the mixture into patties with your hands. In a pan heat oil. Fry the patties.

Step 3

When the patties are golden brown Remove them on a napkin to drain oil.

Step 4

Serve the vegan aloo patties hot as a snack or as a filling for burgers or sandwiches.
