The rich flavour of the sprouts mint pancake, prepared with mint and sprouts, goes well with chutneys or ketchup. a nutrient- and protein-rich dish.
2.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Whole Moong 41.0 Ml(41.0 ml) Water 3.0 Tsp(8.0 gm) Besan 2.0 Chopped Tsp(2.0 gm) Pudina 1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Green Chilli Paste 1/4 Grated Tsp(0.47 gm) Ginger 0.13 Tsp(0.3 gm) Jeera 1/4 Tsp(0.6 gm) Haldi 1/4 Tsp(1.0 gm) Salt 2.0 Tsp(5.0 ml) Oil 30.0 Ml(30.0 ml) Water
In a big bowl add water and Soak whole moong and leave it until ready. Now blend it in a blender.
Now in a bowl and add moong mixture, 3 tsp Besan,1 tbsp chopped pudina 1/4th tsp Green Chilli Paste. Mix them well.
Now add in 1/4th tsp Grated Ginger, 1/8 tsp Jeera,1/4th tsp Haldi,1/4th tsp Salt , water and mix well.
Grease a pan with 1.5 tsp Oil, spread the mixture evenly on it. Flip and cook both sides until golden brown.
Serve them hot! With desired dressings and dips. Enjoy this healthy meal.
