1 cup chickpeas Salt 1/2 tsp pepper 1 tbsp oil 2 tbsp garlic 1 onion 2-3 green chillies 1/4 capsicum Salt 1 tsp pepper 1 tsp sugar 1 tsp soy sauce 1 tbsp chilli paste 1 tbsp ketchup 2-3 tbsp water 2 tbsp cornflour slurry Spring onion
Take chickpeas and soak them in water for 4-5 hours or overnight, then boil them.
Fry chickpeas with salt & pepper coating with 2tbsp Cornflour and 2tbsp Water to make them crispy.
Heat oil in a pan. Add garlic, onion & green chillies, capsicum & cook for a minute. Now, Add in salt, pepper & sugar into the veggies and sauté well for around 1-2minutes.
In a pan add water, soy sauce, chilli paste, ketchup mix them and bring it to a good boil.
Now, add the crispy chickpeas & cornflour slurry to the pan & mix well. Turn off the flame.
Take out in a plate , serve it with salad & garnish with some spring onions & dig in your healthy snack
