Millet dahi kebabs are savoury, wholesome bites made with millet and yoghurt. These delicious kebabs are a delightful fusion of flavours and textures, perfect for a healthy and satisfying snack or appetizer.

½ cup Boiled Foxtail Millet 1-2 Mashed Boiled Potatoes 1 tbsp Besan 1 tsp Jeera Powder 1 tsp Chilli Powder Salt to taste 300 g Hung Curd 2 tbsp Bell Peppers 1 tsp Pepper Salt to taste Oil, to shallow fry

Wash and soak Foxtail Millets for 4 hours/overnight. Hang 600g Curd overnight. Next day, in a bowl, add boiled millets, boiled potato, besan, jeera powder, chilli powder and salt.

Mash and bind together. In a separate bowl, mix hung curd, chopped bell peppers, salt and pepper. Grease your hands with oil. Flatten a millet ball in your hands.
