Healthy And Quick No Bake Almond Cookies

Ingredients

6 dates 1/2 cup raw almonds 1/4 cup almond flour 1 Tbsp cacao powder 40 ml Almond Butter Dark chocolate 

Step 1

In a blender, add dates, almonds and almond flour.

Step 2

Add in cocoa powder, almond butter along with dark chocolate.

Step 3

Blend everything together until it gets smooth. Add water to get the desired consistency.

Step 4

When done, take out the mixture and roll it into small balls. Flatten these balls and refrigerate.

Step 5

Now, melt dark chocolate and dip the cookies into it. Top with almond and refrigerate. 

Step 6

Serve and enjoy!
