You can make your own Hara Bhara Kebab at home. This is a popular snack made with potatoes, spinach, and peas mixed with a few spices. These kebabs that you make are customizable, tasty and healthy, and of course they're great as snacks or starters.

300g Blanched spinach Boiled green peas 2-3 green chilies 1 tsp ginger garlic paste Spices as per taste (turmeric, red chili powder, garam masala, jeera powder, chaat masala, pepper) Salt to taste 1-2 boiled potatoes 50g grated paneer Roasted besan or breadcrumbs Oil for shallow frying 10-12 Cashews for decorating
Put the green peas, blanched spinach, and green peppers in a blender. Do not add any water.
Transfer to a mixing bowl and add the rest of the ingredients as mentioned above and combine to form a dough. If the mixture is too wet, add more besan, or you could even add breadcrumbs to soak up any excess moisture.
Now you can roll and shape the tikkis; they shouldn't stick to your hand. That's how you know they don't have too much water in them.
Heat oil in a shallow pan, quickly fry them and serve hot with green chutney
