Pasta without Gluten? It's time to change the usual pasta and shift to gluten-free multi-millets for some guilt-free indulgence.
250 grams Multi Millets pasta 2 tbsp butter 2 tbsp all purpose flour 2 cups unsweetened almond milk 1/2 tsp garlic powder 1/2 tsp onion powder 1/2 tsp oregano 1/2 tsp fresh basil Salt and pepper 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese Chopped parsley
Cook the Multi Millets pasta accordingly Drain and set aside. In a pan, melt butter. Add the gluten-free flour and whisk.
Now combined it well to make the gravy. Cook and Keep stirring continuously. Now add in the almond milk.
Avoid lumps and Add the garlic powder, onion powder, dried oregano, dried basil, salt, and pepper. Stir well.
Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together. Add l grated Parmesan cheese.
Add the cooked multi millets pasta to the saucepan and toss until the pasta is well coated.
Garnish with oregano and parsley Serve this multi Millets white sauce pasta hot!
