1 kg chopped ripe tomatoes 2 chopped carrot 1 Sliced onion 1 tbsp finely chopped garlic 1 bay leaf 2 cloves 4 whole black peppercorns Salt 1/2 tsp red chilli powder 1 tsp black pepper powder 3 tsp sugar 2 tsp butter 2 glasses of water 2 tbsp fresh cream

Heat the butter in a cooker,add the garlic and onion and saute on medium flame for 1 minute.

Add the chopped tomatoes,bay leaf, cloves , black peppercorns and mix well.

Add 2 glasses of water and salt mix well and pressure cook on medium flame for 3 to 4 whistle.
