A nutritious millet packed with essential minerals, bajra flour is used as the foundation to make this simple and lip-smacking cheela that pairs well with chutney, for breakfast.

1 cup bajra flour ¾ cup water 1 onion, chopped 1 tomato, chopped 2 green chillies, chopped 2 tablespoons chopped coriander Salt, to taste Ghee, for drizzling

Combine all the ingredients in a bowl and mix until you have a smooth, lump-free batter.

Heat a pan and ladle a portion of the batter on to the pan and spread gently.

Drizzle some ghee on top and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side.

Repeat until you have enough and serve hot with green chutney.
