Indulge in the wholesome goodness of Ragi Idiyappams, delicate steamed noodles made from nutrient-rich finger millet, offering a gluten-free twist to this South Indian classic.

1 cup Water 1.5 Cups Ragi Flour 1 Tsp Ghee/Butter Salt to Taste

In a pot, add water, ghee and salt. Bring it to a boil and turn off the heat.
Add Ragi Flour and mix. Set aside to cool down.
Knead a soft dough when it is ready to be handled. Divide the dough into equal parts and stuff into an Idiyappam Press Maker.
Make Idiyappams on a idli plate. Steam for 10-12 Minutes.Serve with Coconut Chutney.
