It’s 2022 and sustainability is the need of the hour in the food space. Nut alternatives to dairy are healthy, eco-conscious and vegan. Let’s take a look at some places they can be used.

Butters

So much more than peanut butter, with a good blender and some coconut oil, you can create a delicious creamy spread in minutes.

Cheese

That’s right, nuts can turn into cheese. Cashew nutsin particular are processed to make creamy cheeses that taste almost identical to dairy-based cheese.

Milk

These have been around for a while but did you know that you can make them at home with ANY nut? Juts soak, blend and strain to have an endless supply of nut milk.

Yoghurt

With just as much fats and proteins as a regular yoghurt, nut-based yoghurts are even healthier because they’re free from unsaturated fats.
