Savour the healing properties of this soup made to promote healthy thyroid function. This hearty soup is loaded with aromatic herbs and nutrient-dense ingredients to support healthy thyroid and general body function.
1 Carrot 2 tbsp Masoor dal rinsed and soaked 1 tsp Ghee A pinch of salt & pepper each
In a pot add ghee and chopped carrots. Saute it for a minute and add salt and pepper.
Add red lentil (orange masoor dal), water and bring to a boil. Pressure cook it for 10 minutes.
When the soup is ready, blend it till a smooth consistency is obtained.
Pour it in a bowl and top it with pumpkin and sunflower seeds.
