De-seed the chillies and fill it with a spicy mashed potato filling.
Coat the chillies with besan and deep fry them. Use tissues to drain excess oil.
Cut the chillies into pieces and line them up on a plate. Pour some curd and chaat masala over them.
Garnish the chutney with imly chutney and green chutney. Sprinkle some sev and dig in!
