Ingredients
Puffed rice 3 cups
Oil 3 tsp
Mustard seeds 1 ½ tsp
Peanuts ¼ cup
Green chillies 2 finely chopped
Curry leaves
Onions 2 finely chopped
Tomatoes 2 finely chopped
Red chilli powder 1 ½ tsp
Turmeric 1 tsp
Salt
Lemon juice 2 tsp
Soak puffed rice for 8-10 minutes and strain excess water. Saute oil, mustard seeds, peanuts, green chillies, curry leaves, onions, tomatoes, red chilli powder and turmeric. Add puffed rice with salt and lemon juice. Serve hot
