Malai is one of the most underrated ingredients found in every kitchen. Most commonly used for making ghee, we have brought some more interesting ways in which you can use malai.  

Making Desserts 

This simple ingredient can be used in making many desserts like malai ladoos and barfi.

If bored of eating jams and sauces, why don’t give this desi dip a try? You can have it with sandwiches etc.

Did you know adding a spoonful of whisked malai can make your curries smooth and thick?

Reduces Bitterness

Malai can actually reduce the bitterness of palak. Adding 2 to 3 spoons of whisked malai in spinach puree, can work like magic.
