Right from aloo ka paratha to cutlets and frankie, here are some delicious ways to use your leftover potato mix next time.
One of the easiest ways to finish off anything that’s leftover is to dunk it between two slices of bread and make a sandwich. That’s what you can do with aloo sabzi too.
A crispy, shallow-fried roundel, cutlets can be made with various ingredients and when you’ve got some potatoes at hand why not put them to some delicious use?
Mumbai’s popular frankie roll that you’d often find on the streets can be made at home just by adding aloo sabzi to your flatbread and rolling it up.
Instead of potatoes outside, why not dunk them in your favourite deep-fried Indian bread? Pack the poori with this sabzi and fry until golden-brown.
Made with moist bread wrapped around a cylindrical potato mash mix, these are deep-fried until dark brown and crispy. Pair with tomato ketchup and enjoy.
