As the frosty tendrils of winter weave their way through our days, there's a comforting rhythm to be found in the kitchen. And what better way to embrace the season's chill than by embracing the verdant, versatile cruciferous hero: Broccoli.
1 large pumpkin 1 tablespoon olive oil 1 onion 2 cloves garlic 1/2 teaspoon dried sage 1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes 1 cup heavy cream 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 12 lasagna noodles 15 spoon ricotta cheese 1/2 cup grated mozzarella cheese Salt and pepper to taste
Heat olive oil and sauté onion, garlic, mashed pumpkin, dried sage, and red pepper flakes. Stir to combine.
Add cream and parmesan.
Layer lasagna noodles, pumpkin sauce, ricotta cheese, and mozzarella cheese.
Cover with aluminium foil and bake for 30 minutes. Serve.
